What If It's Raining?

Rain is typical in Chicago so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment.

Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?

Yes, we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so it's easy for us to access power.

What If I Don't Have Access To Water or Electricity?

If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at 815-600-8286  to see what can be done to accommodate you.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking an appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.

Cancellations And Refunds

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

Yes, tipping is normal in the industry. However, there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Is GoDetail Lisenced, Bonded, And Insured?

Yes we are! Currently insured for up to $300k in general liability damage. Licensed in Illinois State.
